Project Description
PlanningSphere secured planning permission for 140 purpose-built student bedrooms and a new cricket school on the Bath Cricket Club site for Gilltown at planning committee in 2018. We have since secured the discharge of pre-commencement planning conditions and the project was completed for the start of the 2022-23 academic year.
