Project Description
Following a judicial review and a subsequent planning appeal process, the Secretary of State granted planning permission for an innovative scheme of custom build in 2017. The site was subsequently purchased by Backhouse Housing. PlanningSphere secured reserved matters planning permission in 2020 and have assisted with the planning condition discharge process. The project commenced on site in 2021.
