Project Description
PlanningSphere were appointed by the site owners, Innox Mills Ltd, in 2016 to progress a mixed-use regeneration proposal for the former Bowyers factory site in Trowbridge. Following a public consultation event that took place in September 2019, a comprehensive hybrid planning application was submitted in 2021. This is currently under consideration by Wiltshire Council.
