Project Description
PlanningSphere secured planning permission in August 2018 for demolition of the existing 1960s house and the erection five new contemporary homes in Batheaston on behalf of the landowner.
The application proposal had to address challenging ground conditions and significant constraints imposed by TPO trees on adjacent land. The site was purchased by Swinhay in 2020 and the project completed in 2022.
