PlanningSphere have secured an appeal approval under a Hearing Procedure for the change of use of vacant public house to a residential dwelling on behalf of the site owners, Poulton Ltd.
The appeal required the presentation of planning and viability evidence – which was accepted by the independent Planning Inspector, who allowed the appeal in September 2014.
