Project Description
PlanningSphere have secured planning permission for a new manager’s house and a re-plan of the existing Lighthouse guest house near Frome. Prior to submission the proposal was subject to two rounds of independent assessment by the South West Design Review Panel. The new house, which sits in a grade II listed parkland, has been granted permission by Mendip District Council as an exception to policy under the ‘exceptional design’ criterion under Paragraph 55 of the NPPF.
