Project Description
PlanningSphere secured permission to convert redundant chicken broiler houses to two residential units in 2018 following approval at planning committee. Following the acquisition of the site by Whitecroft Developments, PlanningSphere secured permission for a revised scheme and discharged the conditions. The new homes, which have integrated work studios, were completed in 2021.
