Project Description
PlanningSphere were appointed by Redcliffe Homes in 2016 to promote a greenfield site for housing and community facilities. Outline planning permission was secured in 2018 for a scheme of 65 dwellings, a convenience store and community hub. Reserved matters approval was subsequently granted by South Somerset District Council in 2020.
