Project Description
PlanningSphere were appointed by the Watkin Jones Group to progress a redevelopment scheme of 42 flats and a café on the north bank of the River Avon adjacent to the listed Victoria Bridge. Planning permission was granted in 2018, and the scheme was completed in late 2019.
