Project Description
PlanningSphere advised specialist nursing-home developers, Northcote Ryder following the grant of planning permission for a new 80-bed nursing home in 2013. The new home will provide themed lounges, a hairdressing and beauty salon, cinema, tea shop and landscaped sensory gardens for frail, elderly and dementia residents.
The new nursing home, now known as the Ashwood Care Centre, opened in October 2014 and is operated by the Orders of St John Care Trust.
