Project Description
PlanningSphere were appointed in 2019 by Aequus Construction Ltd, who are BANES Council’s wholly owned development company. In December 2020 planning permission was granted for a scheme of 176 dwellings comprising flats and duplex units. This permission will enable the Council to relocate its Waste Transfer Station to Pixash Lane, which is another live PlanningSphere project.
