PlanningSphere secured planning permission in August 2018 for demolition of the existing 1960s house and the erection five new contemporary homes in Batheaston on behalf of the landowner. The application proposal had to address challenging ground conditions and significant constraints imposed by TPO trees on adjacent land. The site has now been purchased by Swinhay. PlanningSphere have discharged the planning conditions, and work is expected to commence in spring 2020.
