Project Description
PlanningSphere are advising Bluebelt Hospitality on the redevelopment of Widbrook Grange Hotel. The new owners have a vision to transform the existing 3-star hotel to a 4-star destination hotel through a scheme of comprehensive redevelopment comprising new buildings and a re-modelled landscape.
Following a pre-application process with Wiltshire Council, English Heritage and the Environment Agency, PlanningSphere will be coordinating the submission of planning and listed building consent applications for submission in the spring/summer 2015.
