Project Description
PlanningSphere are advising specialist coastal developers, Acorn Blue, on a residential-led mixed-use redevelopment of the vacant former Lee Bay Hotel site in North Devon. The site lies in a sensitive location within the AONB. Planning permission was granted in 2023 for a conversion and new-build residential development, a new café and beach car park.
