Project Description
PlanningSphere secured planning permission and listed building consent at 14-15 Union Street Bath in June 2017 with the support of the Council’s Planning Committee. The proposal is for a mixed-use scheme of retail and residential conversion, and also includes an innovative new contemporary mansard ‘cut-away’ rooftop apartment.
