Project Description
Acting for B&NES Council’s regeneration team, PlanningSphere submitted an outline application in May 2023 on part of the second phase of Bath Western Riverside for a scheme of 351 apartments and a commercial/community use space. The scheme forms the final phase of the regeneration of the former gas works site.
