Project Description

Acting for the landowners, PlanningSphere secured a development plan allocation in 2020 and went on to secure an outline planning permission for a scheme of 35 dwellings in 2022.

PlanningSphere subsequently managed the site disposal process for the landowner. The site was subsequently acquired by Ashford Homes. PlanningSphere then secured a detailed scheme of 31 dwellings as a reserved matters permission that was granted in January 2024.
