Site promotion

Building upon a development plan allocation that was secured by PlanningSphere in 2020, a scheme of 35 dwellings was formally submitted to Wiltshire Council in 2021.

Following promotion and allocation in a neighbourhood plan, PlanningSphere submitted a planning application for a scheme comprising 31 dwellings and a new GP surgery.

PlanningSphere have promoted land at Queen Camel through a Neighbourhood Plan. An outline application for 43 dwellings with allotments is the subject of a resolution to grant planning permission.

PlanningSphere were appointed to promote agricultural land on the south-western edge of Trowbridge. An outline planning appliction was unanimously approved by Wiltshire Council’s Strategic Planning Committee in January 2022.

PlanningSphere secured planning permission in 2018 for the new 14.5 ha Hawke Ridge Business Park near Westbury, on behalf of HPH Commercial Property.

PlanningSphere were appointed by the site owners, Innox Mills Ltd, in 2016 to progress a mixed-use regeneration proposal for the former Bowyers factory site in Trowbridge.

PlanningSphere are advising the owners of Hassocks Golf Club on a residential-led scheme that will enable the existing course to be re-modelled through the release of land for new housing and public open space.

PlanningSphere were appointed in 2014 to provide planning advice to the owners of the Grade II* listed Chew Magna Manor. The full repairs and refurbishment of the Manor and grounds is now substantially complete.

In 2012, following an extensive process of engagement, planning permission was granted for a new biogas plant and associated commercial development.
