Project Description
PlanningSphere were appointed by Coulston Estates in 2015 to promote agricultural land on the south-western edge of Trowbridge.
A development plan allocation was secured in 2020. An outline planning application for 261 dwellings, community facilities and associated public open space was unanimously approved by Wiltshire Council’s Strategic Planning Committee in January 2022. The Committee commended the applicant and consultant team for an inclusive planning process and high-quality masterplan.
