Project description

PlanningSphere secured planning permission for a mixed-use scheme of 44 residential units and the conversion of curtilage listed buildings on the site of the former Holt Tannery in 2019. The residential scheme and the first phase of the commercial development will be completed in 2022. PlanningSphere have recently negotiated an amendment to the s.106 agreement to agree a rephasing strategy for the delivery of the remainder of the commercial development.
