PlanningSphere have promoted land at Queen Camel through a Neighbourhood Plan.
An outline application for 43 dwellings with allotments is the subject of a resolution to grant planning permission pending the implementation of a strategic solution relating to a phosphate-neutrality matter that is affecting the Somerset Levels Ramsar site within which the land is located.
