Project Description
PlanningSphere coordinated and submitted a planning application proposing a scheme of part conversion, demolition and new build for 30 apartments and works to the town park. Permission was granted in 2018. The site was purchased by Gaiger Bros, who instructed PlanningSphere to seek approval for amendments and clearance of conditions. The residential scheme was completed in late 2019, and the associated works to the town park and storage building were finished in 2020, which completed this part of the regeneration of Trowbridge town centre.
