A resolution to grant planning permission was secured by PlanningSphere in June 2024 for the redevelopment Beazer House site on Lower Bristol Road in Bath.

PlanningSphere were appointed by the Iford Manor Estate in 2017. Permission was secured in 2018 for a new visitor centre, café and entrance.

PlanningSphere were appointed in 2018 by the new owners of the renowned Mineral Hospital site in the Bath city centre, The Fragrance Group. Planning permission and listed building consent were granted in November 2021.

In 2019, PlanningSphere secured planning permission for the conversion of redundant stables in a sensitive AONB and Green Belt location to a holiday let.

PlanningSphere have been advising the Elmhurst Foundation, the new owners of Combe Grove Manor Hotel, to formulate a five-year vision for the estate.

PlanningSphere have secured planning permission for a new manager’s house and a re-plan of the existing Lighthouse guest house near Frome.

PlanningSphere secured planning permission for the conversion of a former water tower at the Rousdon Estate in Devon in 2017, and the project was completed in 2018.

PlanningSphere are advising Bluebelt Hospitality on the redevelopment of Widbrook Grange Hotel in Bradford on Avon.

PlanningSphere have been advising Blast Properties on the redevelopment of the former Narracott Grand Hotel, and are submitting a new comprehensive planning application.
