Bath Quays North

PlanningSphere submitted a reserved matters application in August 2024 for a scheme of 96 apartments arranged over two blocks on a redundant car park site in Bath.

Bratton, Westbury, Wiltshire

Further to securing an outline planning permission for a scheme of 35 dwellings in 2022, PlanningSphere secured a detailed scheme of 31 dwellings as a reserved matters permission that was granted in January 2024.

Hindon, Wiltshire

Following promotion and allocation in a neighbourhood plan, PlanningSphere submitted a planning application for a scheme comprising 31 dwellings and a new GP surgery.

Waste depot, Pixash Lane, Keynsham

PlanningSphere were appointed by B&NES Council’s Project Delivery Team to advise on the formulation of a new consolidated waste depot site designed to modernise the Council’s waste function.

Milborne Port, Somerset

PlanningSphere were appointed in 2016, submitting an outline planning application for 65 dwellings, a convenience store and community hub. Reserved matters approval was granted in 2020.

Queen Camel, Somerset

PlanningSphere have promoted land at Queen Camel through a Neighbourhood Plan. An outline application for 43 dwellings with allotments is the subject of a resolution to grant planning permission.

Elm Grove, Trowbridge

PlanningSphere were appointed to promote agricultural land on the south-western edge of Trowbridge. An outline planning appliction was unanimously approved by Wiltshire Council’s Strategic Planning Committee in January 2022.

Peacock Grove, Corsham

PlanningSphere secured outline planning permission for a scheme of 31 dwellings at Peacock Grove, Corsham in May 2017. The decision was secured following submission of a planning appeal.

14-15 Union Street, Bath

PlanningSphere secured planning permission and listed building consent for a mixed-use scheme of retail and residential conversion, which also includes an innovative new contemporary mansard ‘cut-away’ rooftop apartment.

Norland College, Bath

PlanningSphere have secured planning permission for the conversion and extension the former Hayesfield School sixth-form block to a new teaching block for Norland College.
